Ia akan disempurnakan oleh Setiausaha Agung PAS, Dato' Kamaruddin Ja'afar, di Markaz PAS Darul Ummah, Kg. Pandan.
Selain ucapan Pengarah JPN, Haji Ishak Surin dan amanat Pesuruhjaya, Haji Mohamad Noor Mohd, setiap mereka yang terlibat akan menerima "surat watiqah petugas pilihan raya" sebagai bai'ah kesetiaan dalam menyempurnakan tanggungjawab pilihan raya terhadap jamaah.
